Refund Policy

Project payments
Milestone payments cover work completed in that phase and are non-refundable once the milestone is delivered and approved. If you cancel mid-milestone, we invoice only for work completed and refund any unused advance.
Retainers
Monthly retainers may be cancelled with 15 days' notice. Unused full months paid in advance are refunded; the current month is not.
SaaS subscriptions
Product subscriptions (e.g. RecruitAI) can be cancelled anytime and remain active until the end of the billing period. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time subscriptions.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days via our payment providers.
