Agreement
By using kloudvex.com or engaging KLOUDVEX Solutions for services, you agree to these terms. Specific projects are governed by the signed proposal or statement of work, which prevails over these general terms where they differ.
Services & deliverables
Scope, timelines and deliverables are defined in written proposals. Changes to scope are handled through written change requests with adjusted estimates. Timelines assume timely client feedback and content provision.
Payments
Projects are billed on milestones as defined in the proposal; retainers are billed monthly in advance. Invoices are payable within 7 days. Work may be paused on invoices overdue beyond 14 days.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, deliverable code and design assets are transferred to the client. Kloudvex retains rights to pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how, and may reference completed work in its portfolio unless an NDA states otherwise.
Liability
Our aggregate liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
